When i am accessing windows login from tools – security i came across the following error.

The system failed to retrieve the global catalog from active directory. This maybe caused by network problems,or it may be caused by a lack of active directory functionality on ur machine or on the network. Active directory functionality is not available

I can’t access the login id’s from the data base.

This is AD (and your network) problem, not Navision. So, contact your AD / Network / System admins for help.
