The ForeignTrade_StatProcId control in the salestable form is not displayed on the screen

I see the ForeignTrade_StatProcId control in the salestablec form designer of VS, but it is not displayed on the browser screen, why?

Maybe it’s set as invisible.
Or the its configuration key is disabled.

Thanks, I investigated and found that it is controlled by the Count Regin Codes property of the EDT of the field
