Hello.

In a client environment 2 COA account structures. 1 for balance sheet ( all dimension values are allowed ) and 1 for P&L accounts.(all dimension values are allowed) in AX 2012.

When user try to post the Purchase order to receive the stock system throws the following error. Even i mentioned the dimensions to header level , still system throws the following error.

-The combination 115000- is not valid for the account structure BS_Location.

-The combination 855000- is not valid for the account structure PL_Location.

Please share your experience.

From the error message, it is clear that the dimension is not getting passed during transactions.

Make sure that the dimensions are updated at line level also.

Also, have you applied any misc. charges?
