TCP/IP Disconnection Error

Hi Friends,

We are using Dynamics Nav version 4.0 SP1 with a native database. All the clients we have (about 7) experience timeout errors after an idle session of about 10 minutes or longer. The client freezes but the session remains active (but idle) on the server. Our Partner tried to recreate the issue through remote login, but he does not get this problem. The error we see is "The server is not responding anymore (TCP/IP error ECONNRESET). This problem only occurs with the Dynamics Nav application.

Has any of you come across this problem before? what do you think it might be?
