I am looking to register the automation server that is used in the “Dial” function but 3.70 reports the automation server as “Unknown Automation Server.Unknown Class”. Can anyone point me in the direction if the automation server that is being used and what I need to register to use it ?? Thanks in advance.
I got the information I needed from another source and thought it would be useful to share it. so : Automation server is : ‘Navision Attain ApplicationHandler’.TAPIHandler Dll to be registered: NSAppHandler.dll, and it normally lives in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Navision\Application Handler\ Reg sever syntax: regsvr32 NSAppHandler.dll My Next question is this… this uses phone dialer from within windows. Can anyone point me in the direction of changing the handler ?? Dean

Not the final solution that I need but I have found that the tapi phone system we are using will install a tapi module. This then meant that within phone dialler I could choose the new tapi component for “phone” calls rather than allow windows dialler to choose automatically. I just need to find an ocx for my phone system ( I think that one is avaliable) then I should be able to bypass phone dialler. Dean
