System adjust the cost for financially closed item transactions AX2012 CU4

Dear all:

Hope you are doing very well.

When I run the inventory recalculation in Feb 2014 , the system adjust the cost for some items with closed status (value open=No) in Jan 2014 , note that the cost adjusted for the transactions of raw material that I use in production (value open = No) and for the transactions of the finished good (Value open = Yes) , I use WA costing ? is this a bug or it is normal behavior from the system?

Have you close the Inventory for the month of Jan 2014?
