How to use Style Shets in Nav 2009 SP1 (Classic Client NAV)

There are plenty of documents out there on CustomerSource, forum posts on the topic. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? What steps have you already taken to figure out your problem?
I don’t know how to use it ? The file generated is a xslt format. What can I do with that file?
