Hi Experts, we have problem regarding Workflow, Actually when we deploy some customization from Test system to Production ,sometimes our Production system workflow become stuck, Although if we run Tutorial_WorkflowProcessor, it works fine, but users workflow did not work and become stuck. Please guide,
If it works when you run Tutorial_WorkflowProcessor, it suggest that you have a problem with the workflow batch job. Make sure it runs without errors and if not, pay attention to what’s wrong.
Unfortunately you forgot to attach a tag without your AX version and told us nothing about your deployment procedure. If it’s AX 2012, make sure that your procedure correctly updates CIL.
