Starting a batch order but can not get the picking list journal & route journal

I am starting a batch order but can not get the picking list journal & route journal
Following is the screen shot of my batch orderr “Start” general form

I check validation dates in the route & formula …no problem is there.
What can be the reson that the route & picking list journal are not created
automatically after I start the batch order.

Is there a BOM and Route associated with the order?

What is the flushing principle fo the items on the BOM?

How is the routing group configured?
