Start production order with the error.

Hi everybody,

My client is using AX2012 and when he wants to start a production order, system prompt him this message “Coverage planning of item 201057 has been canceled because receipts meeting the requirement cannot be found”

Item code 201057 is actually one of the raw material of the finished goods (FG). I have the same FG in another production order started without any problem. Kindly advise what is wrong to this production order?

I would get a developer to debug it - any customizations in production? Failing that explode and re-run planning for the works order. then start. Any referenced PO’s?

while Starting or Releasing the Production order UNMARKED the REFERENCE check .
This will allow you to post the order.
