in ax 2012 prechecker will be there , u want run the prechecker before u install the reporting service ,
it will tell wht compent need to install … from there u need to install

I run the prechecker before installation.At that time it wasn’t show error?this error comes at the installation time only.
make sure you r using sql server developing edition.
