Am new here!
We have in our company Microsoft NAV 2009 R2 (6.00.32012) installed on our server and its based on Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Slandered.
We also have a 20 POS’s over 20 Locations with LSretail installed on it and the databases in this locations are natives.
MY Question is; Is it better to have an SQL on these Locations (shifting from native databases to SQL databases)? What is the suitable SQL edition to be installed on our Locations? Why is it suitable for us? what are the issues we are going to face during shifting to SQL? What are the benefits of shifting to SQL and What are the issues that we are going to face in the future?
I know I’ve asked for much and am hoping to get some help in here.
