Some users not seeing bank view drops in Backoffice - Statements

Hello

In backoffice / Open and Posted Statements . When you click on a statement number thier is a bank drop down window below the general winodow.

Some users when they drop the bank window down nothing dsiplays and no error message . Other users it work correctely and have same permissions as users with the problem . Also for some people it happen for posted statement also . Cannot discern a pattern .

I did a search but results were too large .

Check wether any filter is applied by user accidently

if yes clear the filter and check

Filters was cleared but problem remained.

We ended up solving the problem by going into customizing the screen pane by removing the bank pane and then re adding it .

This work for all users who were having this problem .
