My boss is not really convinced and wants research that software maintenance is worth paying for, especially for something like an expensive software like nav. For me i think most of the time it is worth to pay for software maintenance. The more important the software the more the need to pay for software maintenance. I would like gather views. Thanks.

- While you’re on Maintenace, you get access to CustomerSouce - and that means great amount of Help, course material, for what you should pay otherwise, etc, etc.
- New versions - but upgrade process expenses are all yours…
