Software maintenance for navision

My boss is not really convinced and wants research that software maintenance is worth paying for, especially for something like an expensive software like nav. For me i think most of the time it is worth to pay for software maintenance. The more important the software the more the need to pay for software maintenance. I would like gather views. Thanks.

2 reasons:

  1. While you’re on Maintenace, you get access to CustomerSouce - and that means great amount of Help, course material, for what you should pay otherwise, etc, etc.
  2. New versions - but upgrade process expenses are all yours… :slight_smile:
