Simulate voucher on general journal screen,why The system not responding.

Dear all,

Can someone help me on this problem? I got the problem when I press simulate voucher on general journal screen then the dynamics nav show not responding.It make me I can’t simulate and print voucher.(But can simulate voucher on payment and receipt journal).Please help me.

Is this any specific customization ???
