Signing Limits for Purchase Requisition

Hello All,

Please I want to set up a signing limit for purchase requisition such that, it moves from an individual to another individual in another department. I specified the job title and d amount, but it doesnt go to the person whose job title has been specified on the signing limit.

What other things am I suppose to do to enable that document to flow to the person whose job title has been specified and the person might not necessarily be on the hierarchy of the requester, the person can be from anther department.

Thanks bro, I already did.

But I discovered I dont have an agreement, which is a prerequisite for using a signing limit and I dont no how to set up a url to create an agreement
