This is a setting of Export location in AX.
SGAX folder under C drive is specified as Export location.

  1. When exporting to Windows office files (Excel, Word) from AX report windows.

  2. Saving location will be Documents under Libraries. This needs to be SGAX folder under C drive.

  1. When exporting to Windows office files (Excel, Word) from AX journal window

(File>Export to Excel, then Save as)

  1. Saving location will be SGAX folder under C drive. This is wanted result.
