Setting Setup SubMenu visibility to No for all roles except system administration in AX 2012

Hi All,

As per my clients requirement i need to remove setup Submenu forms for AP,AR,GL and cash n bank Management module for all the roles except system admin . I tried modifying the privilege for Accountant role but i cannot do it for all the roles manually. Here its around 20 system role , which in use.

Kindly suggest how to do this.Quick responses are appreciated.

Hi Kalpna,

The duties related to the setup sections do have a naming convention within the standard application.

Duties starting with ‘Enable…’ ususally grants full permissions on the setup sections.

You can start removing or disabling these from the roles.
