In report and form, I have try to set up but still not change

Please help how to set up currency in Navision, I have setting at Financial Management —> Setup – >General–>Currencies.
But still no change
Well set Amount Decimal Place & Unit Amount Decimal Place as 0:0 first in general ledger setup.
Exit Dynamics NAV & again login and see the change.
But m not sure of the impacts as there are code written in NAV.
Its your call & would suggest to check in a test database first.
