I have set up a new category in chart of accounts details, but the category has not showed in balance sheet.
Do you know how to set up a new category which I can see it in report in case of run a report.

I guess you are referring to the GL Account Heading creation. If that is so, create a GL Account Card and set the Account Type field as ‘Heading’. You can use Begin-Total account type instead of Heading, in case you want to display totaling of the child accounts in the balance sheet.
