We are using Nav 2013 R2. If any user sit idle for few minutes session expires due to which he have to login again in navision. Is is there any Option to increase idle time from few minutes to few hours in Nav 2013 R2.
Well there is no option to make a user session expire in NAV 2013, so either you have a 3rd. party tool to make unused sessions expire (many of my customers uses this to save buying more users). Or there is some wrong.
Do you get any error messages on the event log of the clients that the session has been shut down, or anything on the NAV server?
