services shutting down

Hi,

I am using AX 2009 in our organisation and when I use application for some time like 10 minutes, the services of the application is shutting down in the server and which is resulting in shutting down of the application to all the clients connected to it.

Please suggest me a solution as it is very urgent…

Thanks in advance.

Dou you have any message in event viewer ?

Thanks for the quick responds,

I got this error initially,

13-Mar-2014 4:33:24 PM: The Dynamics AX Object Server 5.0$06-Dipl_DEV service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 2 time(s).

13-Mar-2014 4:31:08 PM: The Kerberos client received a KRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIED error from the server INHMSSRV01$. The target name used was MSSQLSvc/indevsrv02.dipl.com:1433. This indicates that the target server failed to decrypt the ticket provided by the client. This can occur when the target server principal name (SPN) is registered on an account other than the account the target service is using. Please ensure that the target SPN is registered on, and only registered on, the account used by the server. This error can also happen when the target service is using a different password for the target service account than what the Kerberos Key Distribution Center (KDC) has for the target service account. Please ensure that the service on the server and the KDC are both updated to use the current password. If the server name is not fully qualified, and the target domain (DIPLIT.LOCAL) is different from the client domain (DIPL.COM), check if there are identically named server accounts in these two domains, or use the fully-qualified name to identify the server.

and then Now, I am getting

Faulting application Ax32Serv.exe, version 5.0.1500.2985, time stamp 0x4c29d4fc, faulting module Ax32Serv.exe, version 5.0.1500.2985, time stamp 0x4c29d4fc, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x000000000021ee14, process id 0x%9, application start time 0x%10.

By the error message, doesn’t seems to be related to AX but an configuration error in the user that runs the service or in Domain, please check of you don’t have the same issue with other services that use adomain accounts.

Are you referring the services to a AOS instance, right?

correct me if I am wrong…

FYI,

The server has multiple AOS instances, among them the instance to which I am connecting has multiple clients like me.

And the other instances in the server are working perfectly fine…

Did you try to re-join the server again to the windows domain ? I don’t think is a AOS issue but a problem on the server connecting to windows domain. If you google KRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIED error message, you will find quite suggestions.

Check your database server is having enough space…
