Services are dropping

Hi Friends,

Here i got a serious issue that while trying to confirm PO for the certain users the services are dropping suddenly need to restart services,It is happening only for certain users please help me to solve the issue

can you please try by resetting the usage data for that user ?

or

restart the AOS Service.

Please refresh the elements first and follow these instructions:

  1. Close the Microsoft Dynamics AX client to clear any in-memory elements.

  2. Stop the Microsoft Dynamics Server service on the Application Object Server (AOS) to clear

any in-memory elements.

  1. Delete the application element cache files (*.auc) from the Local Application Data folder

located in “%LocalAppData%”) to remove the on-disk elements.
