Is there documentation I could get that would show in detail the functionality in the Service Management module?



Just login to CustomerSource. If your company is current on its Enhancement Plan you’ll have access to all of training material. If you don’t know what customersource is or don’t have access get with the person in charge of NAV at your company and / or contact your NAV Partner.
