Hallo everyone. In my Navision exam (Service Management - W1 03-010 Attain CRM - Service v.3.10) exam I had a question: What is the default service hours? 1. Default working hours in weekdays. 2. Default working hours in weekdays including weekends. 3. Default working hour template applied to resource. As I know, that there are both possible 1st and 3rd variant. Could someone more experienced user please could help me?
