Has anyone worked closely with the Resource Planning and Allocation side of Navision? We are looking for a better solution than the standard Service Dispatch Screen, and I was hoping I could get some input from the more experienced user. Does anyone know if there is a good mod out there to enhance the Dispatch module? Has anyone customized the Resource Planning and Allocation so it’s a little more user friendly? I’ve got a few ideas in mind, but life would be easier if I didn’t have to re-invent the wheel. Thanks.
