serious problem in Help Menu

Hi ,

Please I have very serious probelm in Help menu ,

I was working perfectly … but now i don;'t what have happened ?

At pressing at help I have this message

Check this

Hi ,

thank you a lot … yes I have discovered …

ActiveX error in help

When you access Navision Help (using Navision 3.70 upwards) you may get the following message:

“An ActiveX control on this page might be unsafe to interact with other parts of the page. Do you want to allow this interaction?”

When you respond Yes, everything proceeds normally. But the message to comes up for every Navision Help request, when this problem is in place, which is most irritating.

The solution is to unregister the Company Notes dll, which is named CompNotesHtml.dll

To unregister CompNotesHtml.dll:

regsvr32 /u [pathname to Navision]…\Client\CompNotesHtml.dll

Another option is to copy the following string into Run:

regsvr32 /u “c:\Program Files\Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision\Client\ CompNotesHtml.dll"

Open your Navision Client and go to Tools → Custom Controls

in the view that appears, select the CompNotesHtml.dll click on Control->Unregister.

Restart the client to get the Help to work properly.

The above solution also works for another problem that is unresolved yet:

After installing the Online Help, there is no response upon pressing F1. When the Esc button is pressed the client crashes. The solution to this is to unregister the Company Notes dll as described above.

I have tried the 1st solution and evey thing is running perfectly … thanks nuno again
