Has any one experience an MAPI error while trying to send an attachment (Report)? We are using version 3.7 and by using the “send email” option in order to send reports from within Navision. We are getting the following error Outlook error message: “The operation failed due to network or other communication problems. Check your connections and try again.” and after clicking OK a second message pops up “MAPI is not working properly”. [:(!] This happens only to few workstations not to all of them. Is the removing of Outlook Express in any way related to the problem? [?] We are using Outlook 2000.
Probably you are missing a Custom Control DLL or OCX on that specific client. Its client specific.
