Sending documents electronically


I want to send documents such as Purchase order, sales order & sales invoice through e-mail. How can I set parameters & other set up for this functionality?

If you are sending just reports like PO Invoice or any other report you dont need any special setup. only thing you need is just configured outlook in your system.

Print the report and select in option as mail then you can send it whomever you want.
