'Select resource and action' window

Hi,

I am unable to see the ‘Select resource and action’ window after I click the ‘Job Registration’ link: Production Control->Periodic->Manufacturing Execution->Job Registration.

Could anybody tell me how to enable the ‘Select resource and action’ window to be able to select a production unit and a resource group for a job registration?
