Security filtering for "All purchase requisitions"

HI,

In Ax2012R3, how can we filter the PR in the menu “All purchase requisitions”?

My customers has multiple company, all company can raise PR. We do not want other company to view my PR. How can we filter the PR in the menu “All purchase requisitions”?

Pls advice.

Hi Tan,

You can use a security policy (eXtensible Data Security) to restrict users based on acces for certain legal entities. Or you can customize the query to have the current company as additional range. The Purchase requisitions are designed to be able to be used global across legal entities. So with a little additional effort (technical) you can restrict it.
