In the POS terminal:
When searching for new sales orders, we get a message that the customer has no sales orders.
When searching for sales orders entered prior to today, it successfully finds them.
We have verified in AX that the sales order is set up for the customer.
What could be the cause for new sales orders not being found in POS?
