I have a strange problem: a client of mine cannot use the Scroll-Wheel of the mouse within NAV…
outside of it, in all other programs, it works normally. what could this be? has anyone a possible solution for this problem?

hi,
I had this problem too with my old pc and a ibm mouse driver installed (if I remember right). There was an option about exceptions for the mouse scroll-wheel. Maybe your customer has too those ibm drivers. Add Navision to these exceptions, that worked for me.
As I use now a microsoft mouse on another pc, I can’t tell you the right name of the tab.
