SAP Products catgories and AX 2012 Products integration ?

Hi ,

I want to integrate SAP products and its categories with AX 2012 R3 products .

Does the categories part refer to the product attributes in Ax 2012 ?

Also if I want to track those transactions will I be able to trace back those attributes from the inventory transcations.

Very difficult to comment, you need to understand what the business uses the SAP categories for and then map these to the appropriate functionality in AX.
