SalesCreateOrder form open from x++

Hi,

i want to create a button to open SalesCreateOrder form with custAccount inherited from Customers list page form, the same as from SalesTableListPage → New sales order, how to do it from x++ on CustTableListPage ? maybe somebody has code snippet to open this form from x++ ?
