SALES TAX VALUE IN AP INVOICE JOURNAL

Hai all.

when i’m posting Ap Invoice Journal system won’t take sales tax value. And I was given the sales tax percentage Value In Sales tax Codes also. Everything was right but I don’t know where the problem lies. Can anyone tell me Where i did a Mistake and Its Indian Company Scenario…( The Same setup I Was given US based company There system allows sales tax value in invoice journal. )

Dear Paramesh,

Are you sure that the sales tax groups contain required sales tax codes, i.e. the “All” item sales tax group might not contain the sales tax code which is included in “AP” sales tax group.

Further, you might have just assign the sales tax groups to vendor and/or item after creating the journal. In this case a new journal will calculate the tax.
