Do we have the sales order Prepayment functionality in Ax 2012 R2 ?

Different versions depending upon your definition, but yes you can take prepayments, this is an example:

I am asking the about the prepayment like what we have in the Purchase order form in Ax 2012 >… versions.

I believe it is linked to the Retail functionality, so your answer lies there. Process a prepayment through the retail POS and see if it appears on the sales order.
