In your navision database go to Tools>> Licence Information and there you will find the list of granules.
Check if you have Sales Order Management Granule there. or paste some information from that granule list in this post and may be then we will be able to help you.
Hi,
I have not come across a table “Sales Line Details Overview” in standard Nav - what table ID is this? Is it customisation ?
This license includes Sales Order, you don’t even need to seek the corresponding Granule for existance, so problem is in Permissions (Roles) of user in question.
Check what Roles are assigned to User, but you must log in as SUPER (or SECURITY) to be able to change these settings.

yes it is customization.
Hi,
You will need to add the ID range to your license or move the IDs into a range that is allowed on your license. Contact your partner to resolve this, as this is either a mistake on the license or development done in the incorrect range.
Then you must create a special Role, which includes access to your custom Objects, and assign it to users as needed.
