Sales Invoice "Copy Document" Function Requires Warehouse Shipment

Hello Everyone,

I am using BC V17. We use advanced warehousing. Trying to copy a sales order into a sales invoice using the Copy Document function. I receive this error:

I removed 30000 in the sales order to troubleshoot. Still received the above error.

Can someone please help? I have fiddled with the Recalculate Lines and Include Header switches; should work no matter what the settings are. According to the users, this process is suddenly not working.

Copying from a “Sales Order” is not supported with warehousing. Try creating a “Sales Invoice” header and use “Get Shipment Lines”

There is no error message, only this dialog.
