Hi ,

How to create approval process for sales agreement in ax 2012 ? i am new to ax and i don’t have have knowldge about work flow approval process please help me…

Sales agreement approval workflow is not there in default. I think you need to customize it.

We did sales credit limit approval, pleae refer the below link (you need to download pdf), it will help you.

But for creating sales agreement custom workflow, you need to understand functionalities and technical too (workflow queires,Classes,tables etc…)

thanx for reply it helped a lot…

but i am getting another issue

when i submit workflow from salesagreementlistpage then after refresh it gives error message " sales agreement field must be filled"

but when i submit from salesagreement form it submits it easily…??

hi akshay,

why you submit workflow from salesagreementlistpage? once complete the customization, go to sales and marketing–>setup–> sales agreement workflow.

Also check your way “Sales agreement field must be filled” means, i think number sequence problem.

yes i have done it " sales and marketing–>setup–> sales agreement workflow "

but i am submitting a sales agreement for approval from its list page then its giving error.
