Can i know how to charge freight charges for customer on sales invoice after posting in ax2012

you need to go in inquiry and posted invoice journal, there on charges you can add more charges to the posted sales invoice.

I am not sure of the details of the request and how you are processing charges. If you use an item record to record charges you could simply raise another, if you are using miscellaneous charges you could add these and then invoice. Not sure of the process and exactly what you want to give you a more specific answer.
