I have a client that we have installed RTC on it version Nav 2009 Sp1 and when he goes to open RTC it immediately crashes on him. When I look in his event viewer it gives me a .net runtime 2.0 error message. we have uninstalled RTC and also all of the .net frameworks and then reinstalled them and the reinstalled RTC and it is still crashing. I am not sure what else to do. I have also applied some hotfixes and that did not work.

No errors when installing RTC
Don’t know if this will work but I had a similar issue and resolved it by recompiling all the Nav objects.
Have you forwaded this error to your local MS partner.
