Rights of Workflow approval user

Hi,

I attached workflow execution and workflow system group to end user for sales order approval, but that user is getting full access in COA, Customer master, Vendor master, Bank etc… When I removed workflow execution and workflow system group from user he is getting the correct access only. How to resolve this?

Why would you attach a workflow system and workflow execution account to this user? This groups obviously have admin rights that’s why the user inherent full access rights.
