Currently I’m configuring the Warehouse management module of R3. Everything is working okay, but I have a problem with the return orders.
When creating a return order with a WMS-enabeld item, you can scan the return item with the RF device, if the item physically is to be returned to the warehouse. During the scanning of the item you should be able to select the disposition code, which will determine what the futher procedure will be. Although I configured everything possible (WMS parameters, location directives, work templates, dispostion codes, inventory status, inventory journal, menu item for RF device), I cannot select the disposition code in my RF device. Does somebody has experience with this?
