Hi, We have problem with posting rework. Our client works in the job shop environment. The job goes from one work center to another. Last work center is quality inspection. If any defects are found the job returns to the work center for correction. The client wants track rework by work order but does not want include rework cost in particular work order. They want assign average Rework % for each work center. I think we can assign Rework % as Indirect cost % but how should we post rework, it should not increase cost ?… Valentin Gvozdev BMI Inc.
