We have initiated an implementation of Dynamics AX 2012 and are having some questions about revision control. Our products (both finished goods and raw materials) are controlled in a very basic revision system whereby the prints and parts are maintained at an alpha level. When an EC is initiated and completed, the print will document the changes and be moved forward (A to B, etc.).
I would like some more information from others in this group who manage revisions on physical, engineered parts, assemblies, and finished goods. How are you doing this within AX? If you are using an add-on (To-Increase is being recommended to us), will you share your experience with the product?
