Review Hotfix for AX 2012 using AOT

hi,

I need to review code change in Hotfix provided by MS for AX 2012. Is there a way to apply the fix using the developer workspace (AOT)?

The hotfixes are not in form of XPO.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
