At the current time of posting we are on BC 20.4
Scenario: We have a customer with multiple (BLUE, GREEN,RED) Warehouses. The default warehouse is the Ship-to Address on the Customer Card (let’s say BLUE warehouse).
We are sending inventory to the RED warehouse (We posted a sales Order with Ship and Invoice).
The Manager at the Red warehouse wasn’t happy with the stock, so we need to do a Sales Return Order.
Now here the problem: There is no “return-from Address” field on the Sales Return Order to select the warehouse we are returning from. We need the Return from details so that we can have the correct address details on Reports like Return Order Confirmation, Sales-Return Receipt, Sales Credit Memos.
If anyone has an alternative way to do this, besides adding Return from details like in the image it will be highly appreciated
