Hi there, My company is checking out Axapta as an ERP system. My company is a service-company, which means we send specialist employees and special equipment to clients to do a job. I have a question: Are there any good service-management add-on for axapta? Is there a good and “intelligent” resource-planning system for employees and equipment with axapta? (We want to plan our specialy trained employees and the equuipment they use on a job. This should be an rather intelligent planning system because our employees have different qualifications. So there should be a match the right employee and equipment for a job. ) Thanks

Hi Koem, There are a few Service Management Add on available with Resource Scheduling. There is a product out of Holland and also an addon is available with Tectura(Australia). I have implemented this system and it works well. Abhinav
