request form filter

Hi,
I will prepare report with customer payment status. In report I take a global variable with option data type. I set this variable as a filter in my request form with 3 (full, partial, unpaid) option buttons.
What my Problem is If may I click unpaid option button only show the unpaid customer details. Tell me code.

You working in which version? AX 2012 or 2009?
